HyperX has announced the release of the new HyperX Cloud Buds wireless headset. The novelty is made in a design with a neckband and is equipped with 14-mm dynamic emitters with neodymium magnets. The manufacturer claims to cover the frequency range from 20 Hz to 20 kHz. The sound pressure level is 104 ± 3 dB at 1 mW at 1 kHz.

The novelty connects to birch sound sources wirelessly Bluetooth 5.0 and supports the Qualcomm aptX HD codec. The signal range is 10 meters. The device is equipped with silicone ear tips (three sizes). Multi-function buttons and microphone are built into the neckband. The buttons can be used to answer calls, control music tracks, and activate digital assistants. The built-in omnidirectional electret condenser microphone captures sound in the 100-7200 Hz range and has a sensitivity of -16.5 dB. The neckband also has a built-in battery that provides up to 10 hours of battery life. The battery is charged via the USB-C connector. The weight of the headset is 27.5 gms.
