Last year Samsung already released a special version of the foldable Galaxy Fold for the Chinese market. This year the situation has not changed and the company presented the W21 5G model, which will be sold in the Middle Kingdom.

The specs of the W21 5G are almost identical to the Galaxy Z Fold2. The smartphone is equipped with a foldable 7.6 ″ Dynamic AMOLED display and an external 6.23 ″ Super AMOLED screen, covered with a protective Gorilla Glass Victus. The Snapdragon 865+ chip is responsible for the performance of the W21 5G. The device is available in a configuration with 12 GB of RAM and 512 GB of internal storage.

The triple main camera has not changed, as well as the battery capacity – 4500 mAh (25 W wired and 11 W wireless charging are supported). But the W21 5G offers two SIM card slots. Also, the design of the back panel (gold color and stripes) and the packaging box has been slightly changed.

The Samsung W21 5G is already available for pre-order at 20,000 Yuan (~ $ 3005). Interestingly, the regular Galaxy Z Fold2 is also sold in China, but its price tag is “only” $ 2,555.
