Apple unveiled an extension without much fanfare iCloud Passwords extension in the Chrome Web Store. It allows you to use “all those strong passwords that you created on Apple devices in the Chrome browser on Windows.“

The extension was mentioned in the app version iCloud for Windows 12.0. In the main window, a section called “Passwords” was found, for which you need to install the iCloud Passwords extension.
The extension provides access to passwords you have created or automatically generated passwords that are saved in Safari for iOS or macOS. Synchronization is bi-directional, so any new passwords you add to Chrome will be saved in the iCloud Keychain and made available on your iPhone, iPad, and Mac.
