Apple is credited with the intention to soon release its first full-size headphones, which will allegedly be called the AirPods Studio. Huawei has decided to get ahead of the Cupertines and today, along with smartphones, introduced the FreeBuds Studio headphones.
FreeBuds Studio is a 300 euro, full-size wireless headphone. This means that they will have a hard time, because this is a very saturated price category with a bunch of competitors, and especially from Sony.
What does Huawei offer? The headphones are based on standard 40-mm dynamic emitters in this class, but here they were supposedly created specifically for Huawei. The frequency range is claimed to be 4 Hz to 48 kHz, but who believes all of these claims?
Of course, there is active noise cancellation, for which there are as many as 8 microphones. And then there’s Bluetooth 5.2, the ability to connect to two sources, 20-24 hours of battery life and a weight of 260 g.
