Crytek has announced the release date for the re-release of Crysis Remastered on PC and consoles – it will be released on September 18th. At the same time, the developers have published a small teaser video comparing the old and updated graphics.

The updated version of the classic shooter, released in 2007, received high-quality textures, ray tracing, temporary anti-aliasing and a number of new features in the fresh version of CryEngine.

Crysis Remastered was released on Nintendo Switch last month (July 23), but the release on PC and current generation consoles was delayed after massive fan dissatisfaction with the graphics quality following the gameplay release.
