Tired of a Windows 11 installation cluttered with apps you never use? What if you could create a clean, streamlined version of Windows 11 that’s smaller, faster, and lets you skip the Microsoft account requirement?
In this guide, I’ll show you how to create your own Bloat-Free Windows 11 25H2 ISO using a fantastic tool called Tiny11 Builder. We’ll start with a standard 7GB ISO and end with a bloat-free version that’s only about 5GB!

Bloat-Free Windows 11 with Tiny11 Builder
Tiny11 Builder is a script that automatically removes the bloat from a standard Windows 11 ISO. It strips out apps like:
- OneDrive
- Microsoft Copilot
- News, Weather, and other widgets
- Xbox app
- Outlook
- Microsoft Teams
- …and even Microsoft Edge!

It also lets you create a local account during setup (bypassing the Microsoft account requirement) and reduces the overall installation size.
What You’ll Need:
- A Windows PC (to run the script).
- An internet connection is required to download the files.
- About 30 minutes of time.
Step-by-Step Guide to Building Your Bloat-Free Windows 11 ISO

Step 1: Download the Windows 11 25H2 ISO
- Open your browser and go to the official Windows Insider Preview Download page. (You may need to log in with a Microsoft account.)
- Scroll down and find the “Select Edition” option. Click on it.
- Choose the latest Release Preview Channel build. As of now, this is build 26200.
- Click Confirm.

- Select your language (e.g., English) and click Confirm again.

- Finally, click the “64-bit Download” button to download the Windows 11 ISO file.

Step 2: Download Tiny11 Builder
- Open your browser and search for “Tiny11 Builder GitHub”.
- Open the first link (from github.com).
- On the right-hand panel, click on the “Releases” section.

- Download the latest release (e.g., the September release). Under “Assets,” click the “Source code” zip file and save it to your desktop.

Step 3: Prepare the Files
- Mount the ISO: Find the Windows 11 ISO you downloaded. Right-click on it and select “Mount”. This will make it appear as a new drive (like
F:orG:). Note the drive letter.

- Extract Tiny11: Right-click the downloaded Tiny11 Builder zip file and select “Extract All”. This will create a folder containing all the script files.

Step 4: Run the Tiny11 Builder Script (Admin Required)
This is the most important part. We’ll run the script in Windows PowerShell.
- Click the Start menu, search for “Terminal”.
- Right-click on the Terminal app and select “Run as administrator”.

- Inside the Terminal, make sure you are in Windows PowerShell (it’s usually the default).
- We first need to allow scripts to run. Copy and paste the following command, then press Enter:
Set-ExecutionPolicy unrestricted

- Now, it’s time to run the builder script. Type an ampersand (
&) followed by a space and then an opening quote". - Go to your extracted Tiny11 Builder folder. Click on the address bar at the top and copy the full folder path (e.g.,
C:\Users\YourName\Desktop\tiny11-builder). - Go back to the Terminal and paste the path you just copied. Then, type
\tiny11maker.ps1and close the quote. Your final command should look like this (your path will be different): Press Enter.
& "C:\PATH\TO\SCRIPT\tiny11maker.ps1"

- When prompted, type
Rfor “Run once” and press Enter.

Step 5: Follow the On-Screen Script
The script will now guide you through the rest.
- It will ask for the drive letter of your mounted Windows 11 ISO. Type the letter you noted earlier (e.g.,
F) and press Enter.

- Next, it will show a list of Windows 11 editions. Each has an index number.
- You can find Windows 11 Home near the top of the list.
- Windows 11 Pro is typically index number 6.

- Type the number for your desired version and press Enter.
Now, the magic happens! The script will start building your Bloat-Free Windows 11 ISO. This will take some time (around 30 minutes), so you can sit back and relax.
Once it’s finished, press Enter to exit the script.

Step 6: Clean Up and Find Your Bloat-Free Windows 11 ISO
For security, let’s return the execution policy to its restricted state.
- In the same Terminal window, type the following command and press Enter:
Set-ExecutionPolicy Restricted

- You can now close the Terminal.
Your new tiny11.iso file will be inside the original Tiny11 Builder folder you extracted. You can now use this ISO with Rufus or any other tool to create a bootable USB drive and install your clean, fast, and bloat-free version of Windows 11!
